Pleasantly surprised at how convenient this hotel was to popular spots to visit even though I came here for a work conference. The staff at the desk were very friendly and efficient and even the managers helped me find my way around. There was even a real (not airport like) Starbucks inside there as well. Very welcoming and great experience all around. Thank you for the memorable time.

First stay and definitely not the last :)

Booked this hotel for the recent CCA summit only a week before the event. Called the hotel directly and was assisted by an extremely helpful lady, who checked on the corporate availability and assigned me a room on the 19th floor. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the overall service beyond expectations, given how busy the hotel was and the heightened security.

Manager Lied About Parking Charge / Long Wait Times / Dirty Sheets

This was the WORST stay of my life. It started with the manager LYING to me multiple times at check in that there was NOT a charge for the valet parking since there’s no choice to park other than that. Once I did valet, I was told there’s a $50 charge AFTER he took my car. THEN I went back to the desk and he tried to tell me that’s not what he said when I had him clarify TWICE before I went back to valet. I told him he lied to me and he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Then every time we go to the valet there’s a 30 minute wait?!?! What is this operation? Not to mention when they finally brought my car after 30 minutes of waiting, the guy kept my keys for an extra 15 minutes and I had to TRACK HIM DOWN to get them making me incredibly late for my appointment. I want the charge for parking to be completely erased. This was the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever had. Not to mention the brown stains on the white bed sheets and disgusting shower.

Concierge made me feel like I was Royalty❣️

I needed to ckeck my luggage with the concierge until the event I was attending was over for the day! Phillip Powell the chief concierge made sure I was able to access items in my bag several times, he was patient and smiling not once seemed perturbed or put out. His upbeat attitude and congenial personality made my stay a memorable experience♥️💃🏻🤩

My FIRST FAIRMONT HOTEL EXPERIENCE: From my first phone call to modify my Reservations with Nah-jah, to check in with Jazmin, James @ the Hotel Bar, Vincent in Housekeeping David and Max and Mr Lucas in Concierge, WOW!!! I was with DreamBuilder Live (Brave Thinking Institute) with the Annual Dallas Cinference!! EXCELLENT, SUPERB, EXEMPLARY Guest Services!!! I will forever be deeply Grateful.
